Third time is not the charm, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are officially calling it quits.

​After months of speculation, the 49-year-old actress and the French film star, also 49, confirmed they are divorcing after just two years of marriage in an official statement released on Tuesday, Oct. 27.

"It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce. We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus for what is best for our son. We wish each other nothing but happiness in life, and we hope that you respect our, and most importantly our children's privacy, as we go through this difficult period," the couple told TMZ.

Halle and Olivier first began dating in 2010 after meeting on the set of Dark Tide — married in July 2013 and are parents to a two-year-old son, Maceo.

Halle is also a mom to a seven-year-old daughter, Nahla, with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey, whom she dated for five years from 2005 until 2010.
