The Perfect Guy beats out The Visit for the #1 spot at the box office

The Perfect Guy, starring Sanna Lathan, Morris Chestnut and Michael Early, took the no.1 spot at the box office pulling in $26.7 million this weekend beating M. Night Shyamalan's latest thriller 'The Visit' 's $25.7 million.

This is the fourth weekend in a row that a film starring black/African-American actors and actresses has topped the Fri-Sun frame. Straight Outta Comptonwas on top for 3 weeks while the independent movie War Room dominated last weekend.
