Kevin Hart and Ice Cube return as Ben Barber and James Payton in the first trailer for 'Ride Along 2.This time the duo heads to Miami to track down a drug lord (Benjamin Bratt).
Tika Sumpter, Ken Jeong, Olivia Munn and Sherri Shepherd also star in the film directed by Tim Story. Ice Cube also produced the film alongside William Packer, Matt Alvarez and Larry Brezner.
Ice Cube also produced Straight Outta Compton, the biopic due out Friday (August 14) that is based on the infamous N.W.A, the group in which he co -founded.
“Ride Along 2” hits theaters on Jan. 15, 2016 — the same weekend as the original 2014 film, which went on to gross $153.9 million worldwide.
