Terrence Howard is very good at keeping secrets.
The 46-year-old actor just revealed on Monday he and his model wife Miranda welcomed a son into the world four weeks ago.
The Empire star also shared the name of his little boy, which might just stand out for being the most original baby moniker in Hollywood: Qirin Love.
He's beautiful and strong and a whirlwind and my wife is so happy,' the actor said while promoting his hit Fox music drama at the Monte Carlo TV Festival in Monaco.
The Hustle & Flow star said Qirin's name is derived from the mythic Chinese creature, the qilin. The qilin is believed to come before a time of prosperity.
This is the pair's first child, who wed in 2013. They announced her pregnancy in January.
